Football Sucks Happy Thanksgiving
OK so in lieu of my title today.
Last night I worked customer service and I had a customer as me about a Football game he was betting on. I smiled at him with a vacant look in my eyes. He offered to explain the game to me. I told him I understood the premise of Football, I just didn't like the sport very much.
You would think I punched him square on the nuts with that comment...
OK Folks I will NOT apologize.
Instead I will explain Football to you all.
OK a Bunch of guys ( and the odd chick but god knows why she would want to be there) gets dressed up in more pads then those inflatable sumo wrestlers, while in the shower they towel whip each other in ass and discuss the length and activity level of their man hood, while scratching their heads wondering why it shrank after popping a few 'roid's.
Finally they get out on the field and check out the cheerleaders, they are yelling Go team Go, bouncing their pom pom's and flashing their panties.. all oddly endorsed by most high schools.
they then slap each others ass run out to the field.
then they huddle meaning Great big Group hug they discuss on how to get their oddly shaped ball through the other bunch of guys.
they discuss plays I think is the term they use.. what they are really doing is farting and giggling about the smell. finally they knock each others helmets and say a word and run into position.
then one guy has the ball between their legs another guy grabs it and they run.
until they are body slammed by 12-20 guys
then game stops play someone kicks the ball
then they run again
the whistle is blown cause someone ran the wrong way.
( Probably dizzy from the big squash fest that just happened)
they do this and count it as such.
a Down- is when they get the ball intioo the others zone.
a Touch down is when they hold the ball while its other othe others side
a field goal is when the guy actually gets the goal by athletic ability.. oddly that is usually by the smallest guy on the team.
Football is the dumbest sport ever...
OH Wait no WWE or UFC is equally dumb...
actually no, you know Wrestling is fake.
and UFC is just gay.. lets fight till one calls out failure....
No point to these sports...
But to many Football is a Thanksgiving tradition perhaps they should look up Geo Caching... basically urban treasure hunting all you need is a GPS and you go.
far more interesting then watching a bunch of overgrown apes try and squash each other.
No, Geo Caching isn't for everyone its a sport made to be played not watched!
and guess what? taking Steroids doesn't improve you.
Oh but wait you do need some intelligence to play...
anyhow

Yep, folks its Turkey Sunday and here I sit on my lazy ass typing away, should I be cooking the Turducken as I have it hawing in the fridge now? NO! I refuse too... OK I work in Grocery obviously I have to work T-day which is fine cause I like having the bird(s)
( In my case as we are having three in one)
Tomorrow in Brampton with my Dad :)

I aint No Princess
I personally am not a Disney Princess fan. ( with ONE exception)
look at the picture above
you have Sleeping beauty- stowed away waiting for Prince Charming
Jasmine- an alienated princess not allowed to look around her kingdom without a prince.
Belle- she wasnt really a princess but she was outcasted and then stowed into a castle only to find out her captor is a prince in disguise.
Cinderella- MY LEAST FAVORITE- she was a slave and was transformed for a Ball and then had to wait for her prince.
Snow White- again the abandoned princess run out of her home and fed a poison apple waited for her prince.
Ariel- she wanted legs so she could snag a prince....
what lesson is disney teaching young girls?
Be a Good Little girl, be sweet and kind keep your opinions to yourself ( Unless of course you want to sing to forest wildlife who will haronize with you)
you do as your told and wait until Prince Charming comes for you.
UM NO That wont fly with me.
I say Mom's with little girls teach them to reach for the bigger picture to be the hero, that the role of the woman isnt to be the victim to wait for her Knight in shinning armour.
NO way.
I say teach girls to speak up and to play " Boy " games.
Teach all little girls that they are EQUAL to men, stand up againt films like these and say
" No thank you"
I am not saying dont allow your child to own a Barbie or a Princess doll... But teach them that they should be the Giselle in Enchanted...
the ONLY Princess I love!
Teach her to be pretty, but smart. Teach her to be able to fend for herself and not rely on 7 dwarfs or a " Fairy Godmother" Teach all young girls to be their own hero.
Teach them to FIGHT the monster not to wait for their " prince" to learn how to be on their own first to live first!
I have two boys as you all know, but I also know I am tired of " Princess" crap everywhere.. stop glorifying women in the backseat, and let us be women and not delicate princess's anymore

AS a Parent I hope I never have to call 911 again. I had to once I wish and pray I never have to again.
and this is why, you only call 911 in a emergency right? when you need medical or police help ASAP...
your house is on fire etc...
you dont call them because you want too...
you call them because you NEED too.
Usually people are facing death when they dial those 3 digits.
now can I ask a question?
WHY the hell is it so hard to understand that when you see a Fire truck, ambulance or cop with their lights flashing you dont move out of their way?
Why do you think that you can still go on a green when a Cop is sitting there flashing his lights sirens going?
Why is it when I hear or see a emergency vechicle on my street people dont move?
my guess is taht they are late or too important to move. that what they have to do is more important then that father who just had a seriopus heart attack, who you have held the paramedic's up is now that 12 seconds closer to dying.
You have allowed that cop in pursuit of that guy who just stole your neighbours car or you just stopped a fireman from putting out a fire ....
but your right that appointment you have at walmart is vastly more important!
Today my Dad treated us to swiss chalet and I watched a Cruiser sit in the intesection while 3 thats right THREE cars went through....
that was about 14 seconds long.
in 14 seconds someone could have pulled a trigger, stabbed someone or broke into a house and hurt a person....
so to those three cars today who did this at 5:07 pm tonight I say FUCK YOU to you, and I really hope you got to where you want to go, because it was too important to keep that cop from being where he needed to be.

Kate I hate But I appricate Jon more.....
OK I hate the Jon and Kate plus 8 show, I think its as bad as porn! I think their children are trainned lil' monkey's who will be emotionally vacant by this show

these children FINALLY have a parent!
this man whom yeah OK he cheated on his wife.. but that's because he was married to the wicked witch from the Mid West!
His marriage was a train wreck, usually is when one personality dominates the other. when one family member needs to the alpha male and wants servents and not a family!
Kate is a Dictator NOT a mother!
I mean I admit I have watched this show I have watched it and I use it as a how NOT to guide.....
Here is a man who has 8 kids who agreed to allow TLC to tape his family while his wife went for pro-bono lypo after birthing six kiddo's at once. as got a few bucks in cash heck that helps when your middle class and yet you have to feed 10.. I would do it too...
then you get sucked into another show, OK how about 12?
75 grand a show isnt excatly something many could turn away.. I get it!
but then your marraige fails.. you suspect your wife is doing so and so and that hot lil' 23 year old is giving you googly eyes.. I am NOT I repeat NOT condoning Jon's actions adultry is wrong and thats that...
However, he left his marraige and sat alone and watched this trainwreck of his life....
Whatever came over him, I applaud him...
I dont know why on earth anyone would exploit their family for any reason...
but he did that too.. Obviously this man is a man of poor judgement...
but now he wants to do the right thing!
I hope he win's and the show gets canned.
I hope he can SAVE his marraige and family.
I pray to God that it happen's for him.
He is a man who made mistakes....
now let's see what kind of " WOMAN" Kate is...
does she want her family or the almighty buck...
I am pretty sure she will choose the $$$
but I want her to prove me wrong....
I want these kids to live as normal a life as they can have.. if they are child star's let's look at what happen's to 90% of them...
Let's hope that when all is said and done Jon can pull a rabbit out of his hat and save his family...

Jon Gosselin Demands That His Family's TLC Show Stops Production

ET has learned exclusively that Jon Gosselin has put TLC, the cable network behind "Jon & Kate Plus 8," on notice to "cease and desist" any television production of the show and leave his property.
Gosselin's attorney Mark Jay Heller tells us: "Jon realized his family was like a trainwreck, so he decided to put the brakes on the divorce and on the show … because if he didn't the family would be in a mortal accident … the victims of a trainwreck."
Heller tells ET the original agreement between TLC and the Gosselin family "may very well be 'null and void' and unenforceable." He claims that TLC never secured the special permits required by Pennsylvania Child Labor Law as a "prerequisite" for the Gosselin children's involvement in "Jon & Kate Plus 8."
Heller also claims that TLC "failed to designate the appropriate compensation to be allocated to the children" and "it may ultimately be determined that TLC has not provided for compensation for the eight children over the past four years." Gosselin's lawyer further alleges that the network "never secured location permits" for the production company to film the show on the Gosselins' property.
Heller and Gosselin tell ET they've been in discussions to pull the plug on the program and take the kids off the show for weeks prior to Tuesday's announcement that the name of the show would change from "Jon & Kate Plus 8" to "Kate Plus 8."
Heller also maintains that the production deal for "Jon & Kate Plus 8" does not carry over into a new show titled "Kate Plus 8." He tells us that "a new program known as 'Kate Plus 8' would certainly require the acquiescence and consent not only of Kate Gosselin but Jon Gosselin, who is the father of the eight Gosselin children, which consent Jon has not given and if necessary, Jon is prepared to seek Court intervention to make sure his children's best interests are protected."
In light of these claims, Gosselin's legal team tells TLC lawyers in a never-before-made-public letter obtained by ET, "...you state that your client has '…stated many times in the past, the Company will not undertake any conduct that either Kate or Jon truly believes is detrimental or potentially detrimental to their children.'"
"Jon Gosselin unequivocally believes that his children's continued participation in your client's television production is 'detrimental' to his children. Accordingly, Jon expects that your client will cease and desist from any and all further production which includes his eight children."
Gosselin's attorney writes to TLC lawyers in a second letter: "Effective immediately no production crews are to enter Jon Gosselin's family home for any reason. In the event that anyone enters the marital property, Jon Gosselin will notify the local authority to effectuate Police action against any trespassers."
